Shipping Carrier (Standard Orders)

Once shipped, delivery timeframes are determined by UPS.

LTL Freight Shipping (Large Machines)

Larger printers and copier-class machines ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers.

What to Expect:

  • Freight shipments typically take 3–7 business days in transit.
  • You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • A valid phone number is required at checkout.

Curbside Delivery

Freight deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise arranged in advance. The driver will deliver the pallet to the nearest accessible point at your address.

Important Upon Delivery

Before signing for a freight shipment:

  • Inspect the packaging carefully.
  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
  • Take photos if damage is present.

Failure to note damage at delivery may limit freight claims.
