Not quite right? Return any item within 90 days, free of charge.

We offer a full 90 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a refund.

What Qualifies for Return:

  • Printers and machines in working condition
  • Items returned within 90 days of delivery
  • Products returned with included accessories (power cords, trays, etc.)

What We Provide:

Return Process:

  2. We’ll provide a prepaid return label.
  3. Securely package the item (original packaging preferred but not required).
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund promptly.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

90-Day Limited Warranty (All Machines)

Every printer and machine we sell includes a 90-Day Limited Warranty covering hardware defects and functional issues under normal use.

What’s Covered:

  • Mechanical failures
  • Hardware malfunctions
  • Operational defects not caused by user damage

What’s Not Covered:

  • Consumables (toner, ink, drums, maintenance kits)
  • Damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs
  • Physical damage after delivery
  • Network or compatibility issues unrelated to hardware failure

If a covered issue arises within 90 days:

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
  • If replacement is necessary and the same model is unavailable, we may provide a comparable model.

Our goal is fast resolution with minimal downtime.

Damaged in Shipping?

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Please include photos of the packaging and item.

We’ll handle the claim with the carrier and ship a replacement as quickly as possible.
