Are your printers new or refurbished?
Most of our printers are professionally refurbished business-class machines. Each unit is thoroughly tested, cleaned, and inspected to ensure reliable performance. Any product condition will be clearly stated on the product page.
Do your printers include toner?
Most printers ship without toner cartridges unless otherwise noted in the product listing. We also sell replacement toner separately.
Are your printers ready to use out of the box?
Yes. Our printers are tested and configured for standard operation. In most cases, you simply plug in the printer, install drivers, and start printing.
Do you sell genuine OEM toner or compatible toner?
We offer both OEM (original manufacturer) toner and high-quality compatible toner. Product listings will clearly identify which type is being sold.
Warranty & Returns
Do your printers come with a warranty?
Yes. Every machine we sell includes a 90-Day Limited Warranty covering hardware defects and operational issues under normal use.
What if the printer isn’t right for me?
No problem. You can return any item within 90 days of delivery, free of charge. No restocking fees and no hassle.
How do I start a return?
Simply contact our support team and we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions.
What does the warranty NOT cover?
The warranty does not cover:
- Toner, ink, drums, or other consumables
- Physical damage after delivery
- Misuse or improper installation
- Unauthorized repairs
Shipping & Delivery
How quickly do orders ship?
Most orders ship within 24–48 hours during business days.
Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship from our facility located just outside of Chicago, Illinois.
Who do you ship with?
We primarily ship with UPS for standard orders. Larger machines ship via freight carriers (LTL).
How are printers packaged?
All machines are professionally packaged using:
- Double-wall corrugated cardboard
- Custom injection foam inserts
- Commercial-grade stabilization to prevent shipping damage
Do you ship large copier machines?
Yes. Larger machines ship via LTL freight delivery. Freight deliveries typically include curbside drop-off and require a scheduled delivery appointment.
Technical & Compatibility
Will this printer work with my computer?
Most printers support Windows, macOS, and common business network environments. Please check the product listing or manufacturer specifications for compatibility details.
Do your printers support wireless printing?
Many models support wireless printing, but not all. Wireless capability will be listed on the product page.
Can you help with setup?
Yes. Our support team can assist with basic setup guidance and troubleshooting.
